What can I expect during the first session?
The first session is an opportunity to get to know you and understand your goals for therapy. We’ll discuss your concerns, background information, and how we can support your journey.
Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. However, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits.

Sessions typically last 50 or 90 minutes. Extended sessions and intensives may be available upon request.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduled appointments. After 48 hours, you are subject to a 50% fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full rate of the session.

What if my partner is not ready for couples therapy?

It’s common for one partner to feel hesitant about therapy. Individual sessions can be a helpful starting point to gain insight and tools to improve the relationship on your own. Often, partners become more open to therapy after seeing the positive changes they are making.
