About Therapy with Me

2068036718Contemplating therapy? It is worth the effort.

Taking the step to begin therapy can feel both hopeful and daunting. I understand that deeply.

The good news is that clients have expressed surprise at how quickly they begin to experience relief, not because all the answers magically appear but because they no longer feel alone in the struggle.

Working together, we will begin to uncover the strength that’s already within you. In our sessions, we will get curious and focus on patterns in your relationship or within yourself. We’ll gently untangle the places where communication breaks down, past wounds have left scars, and fear has made it hard to connect genuinely.

2068036718Therapy with me is a collaborative effort.

You are not just sitting across from someone offering advice. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools and a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships.

Over time, the work shifts from simply surviving conflict to learning how to navigate it with more compassion and clarity. The moments that feel stuck or heavy start to lighten, and the hope for something better starts to feel possible again.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering insight, encouragement, and a steady belief that change is possible no matter how long you’ve felt disconnected or lost.

Together, we will rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and help you reconnect with one another.

About Me

AdminMy journey to becoming a therapist is deeply personal.

As a veteran, a military spouse, and a mother of three incredible kids (two girls and a boy), I’ve experienced the unique challenges of constant transitions, long separations, and the strain those experiences can place on relationships. These life experiences have shaped who I am and the heart I bring into the therapy room.

My mission is to help individuals, couples, and families break free from cycles of disconnection and find their way toward more profound, more fulfilling relationships. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’ve completed advanced Gottman Method Couples Therapy training, which guides much of my work with couples navigating conflict and rebuilding trust.

When I’m not in session…

…you’ll probably find me soaking up time with my family, curled up with a good book, or listening to a true crime podcast. I know firsthand how hard it can be to hold everything together while also longing for something better, and that’s why I’m so passionate about this work.

If you’re ready to take that first step, I’m here to meet you exactly where you are – with empathy, warmth, and a belief in the healing power of connection.
